Overall good, water was shut off during my stay. And it happened to be the second time this happened. The staff were nice and gave me a free late checkout. I feel like it could have been a better discount. But appreciate what was given and actually had to extend my stay a few more nights.

Hotel was really beautiful, modern. Beds were comfortable. But cleanliness wasnt upkept. In our debroom door cabinets were dirty, dusty tables. The pool area was so beautiful but so much garbage on the floor, bandages, bottles were left from the night before, a lot of spider webs on the ceiling. If the hotel would clean a but more, it would ideal hotel.

I hate leaving bad reviews. I absolutely hate it, but this is an exception. I want to warn others before they stay at this property. It started with a very cumbersome check-in process where you go and speak to a real person and she sends you to a kiosk and then she sends you a text and then you wait for a text for a digital key with a barcode to scan to get into your room. No Physical key was given next step this property list, a complementary breakfast as well as a woman that checked us in said come down breakfast starts at 6 AM and long story short the next morning we came down and the person down there said there’s no free breakfast. We have to pay if we want to eat what a joke. Also there is no coffee available in the room and there was no coffee made in the lobby. My mom who is over seven years old had to stand around while someone made her a cup now back to the room with the shower is the most ridiculous design I’ve ever seen even with the shower curtain, closed the water pools all over almost the entire bathroom so that while I was standing blow drying my hair, I realized I was standing in a puddle of water very dangerous and insane! Inside the shower is another story altogether every one of the dispensers that was labeled shampoo, conditioner, body wash all had been lazily filled with only conditioner so when I got out, I was greasy as hell, as there was no body wash, but only conditioner that I had rubbed unknowingly over my entire body. Not cool. This place blows.

Our visit was a quick overnight stay. Eric was the only employee we interacted with and he was great. Made a very positive impression- Friendly, patient, funny. He deserves a raise! Our room needed some improvements but the place has a good feel, was clean and the price was reasonable. We will stay here again.

The checking was not easy. I kept getting messages that I had to upload a picture of my DL and a selfie before getting to the hotel. I couldn't because I was driving. There is no way you can call someone; all is via messages. There is no proper front desk. Still, you need to upload the picture of the DL and a selfie at their kiosk. The deposit is $100 versus $25 from most hotels. There is no continental breakfast, even though it is advertised. The room was not the cleanest. Within minutes, my white socks turned dark grey. We stayed because it was getting late, and after hours of driving, we did not want to venture into an area we were not familiar with.

They tried is all I can say lol Can't talk to a real person, breakfast is not included like all the booking sites say, the whole property is surrounded by gates bc of the crime, no microwave or coffee maker in the room, a lot of repairs need to be made in the rooms, the "restaurant" was closed early bc they said they were slow. The lobby looks really fancy but that's all they have going for them. Very disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very safe and secure. The rooms were small and only one working elevator. The property and rooms could use a little TLC. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. We received a voucher because we booked two weeks in advance. If we had to pay I would have been disappointed as the food was okay. Checking in was very easy. The only downside was you could not immediately reach anyone if you had a problem. It took staff about 30 minutes to respond to a text message.
