Awlful !!!!!

We had bed bugs in one room, I called sent pictures and Kelly was supposed to refund the money because of it. Kelly never responded after she told us she was going to refund out money . Trash everywhere In the ghetto no one sole English felt like I was in another country. Never brought new towels only for a day, you have to pay to Park your car in the alley, but the have a gated parking area. Roaches from the time you step off the Stanley elevator. The apartment not a condo was not clean old stains on the floor, puddie you can see on the walls from holes they tried to patch up…Would Never rent from Kelly again she is a liar and money hungry bad business……. Never heard or seen the host Brandon all wax a set up , you got us bit it will not happen again .

We didn’t love the neighborhood but liked the location of the property seeing as it was fairly close to the airport as well as south beach. We would’ve been more comfortable if you actually needed the key fob to get in and out of the building. Felt like it was a hassle carrying it around for nothing especially since it costs so much to replace. Overall Brandon and Kelly were great and very prompt with communication. Thanks for having us.

Miami Adventure

Management company was great about responding quickly to questions and concerns. Very friendly and professional. Water pressure in showers was great. Fairly clean property. Location was convenient for quick travel to South Beach and Hard Rock Stadium. Can tell this is a new rental property as certain things were missing such as no hand towel in half bath, no kitchen towels to dry dishes etc. There are small improvements to be made to make this rental a better experience. Had a bad experience with noisy, drunk neighbors coming in late at 4 am (it was NYE). They were in hallway for about an hour yelling, pounding on door next to us and trying to kick down their door.

First Miami trip!

At first, being very hesitant about my son and nephew traveling to Miami, figured I'd locate a property above a hotel. Upon emailing the property owner being skeptical about no reviews, they answered me immediately and took no offense to my questions. It was perfect. My son texted me, " this place is very clean and nice". He is quite particular,so coming from him that's a great comment. I appreciated Brandon and Kelly always responding promptly to my emails and even giving me a personal phone call. If they need to return to Miami, Brandon will be hearing from us. Tamara
