Large green areas frame this small and comfortable residence, where guests will find tranquility and relaxation, making it the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The spacious three-room apartments are located on the ground floor with a porch and front-to-back garden, or on the first floor with a terrace overlooking the pool. All have a table with chairs and blackout curtains for greater outdoor privacy. Carefully furnished, they are equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, and a TV. The kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and are equipped with tableware, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms are equipped with wall-hung toilets, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and bed and bath linens. Each apartment has an underground garage with two parking spaces, a laundry area, and storage for your own bicycles. A barbecue is available in the shared garden. The residence enjoys an ideal location for exploring Lake Garda and its surroundings, from its natural beauty to its recreational opportunities, from those that stimulate the intellect to those that tantalize the palate. There are numerous places to visit: Brescia, the provincial capital, home to "Santa Giulia," one of the most important museums, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; the picturesque village of Limone del Garda; the Heller Botanical Garden and the Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone Riviera; the Domus Romana in Desenzano; the Grottoes of Catullus and Sirmione Castle; Garda Island; the Rocca di Manerba with its adjacent Archaeological and Naturalistic Park; and the Valtenesi valley and its villages. For those looking for a wellness break, we recommend the Sirmione and Lazise spas, the Gardaland and Canevaworld amusement parks, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Sigurtà, the cycling routes around the lake and in the surrounding hills, and finally golf, where Garda Golf in Soiano del Lago stands out among the many.
