Le Chalet Boisé - Maison avec jardin clôturé
In Montoldre, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 50 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a 500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
1st floor:
- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×180), giving access to bedroom 2
- Bedroom 2: with 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 500 m² private fenced garden
- 35 m² terrace with outdoor seating area, dining table and chairs
- Balcony accessible from bedroom 2
The house is ideally located in Montoldre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Varennes sur Allier train station, 6 km (8 min) away.
- Nearest airport: Clermont Ferrand airport 84 km (1h)

- The staircase to access the floor is quite steep and narrow.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are admitted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
