Discover this beautiful and unique semi-troglodyte house, restored in a distinctive style combining stone, wood, and metal. Located at the foot of the Château in the heart of Montrésor—one of the most beautiful villages in France—you’ll enjoy your stay with all amenities close by, including a bakery, bookstore, restaurants, mini-market, and pharmacy.



Perfect for summer, the house stays cool thanks to the surrounding rock. It’s ideally situated near many tourist attractions, such as the Loire Valley Châteaux and Beauval Zoo. The accommodation is an unusual, fully restored semi-troglodyte home, featuring a spacious room carved into the rock.



All amenities are within walking distance: bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, tobacconist, newsstand, restaurants, café, tourist office, mini-market, gas station, and bank. Nearby, explore famous Loire Valley Châteaux like Chenonceau, Amboise, Chaumont-sur-Loire, and Valençay. Beauval Zoo is just 15 minutes away with direct parking access. You can also discover charming towns and villages, including the Royal City of Loches, Amboise and its renowned market, Montrésor, and Chédigny, the village of roses and its festival.
