All this while being only 1Km or a 9 minutes walk away from the town centre of Myrtleford with country bakeries, chic cafes and 2 supermarkets.

Welcome to Cottage on the Hill, your peaceful retreat in beautiful North East Victoria. Perfect for families or small groups, the cottage comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with:

1 Single futon/lounge (in the second bedroom)
Stay cozy year-round with air conditioning units in the dining area and hallway, plus oil heaters and electric blankets in each bedroom for the cooler months. Blockout exterior blinds and curtains offer complete privacy and restful sleep.
After a day of exploring, unwind in the comfortable lounge stocked with books and games for the kids, or cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. The home also features 1 bathroom and a laundry for added convenience.

Cottage on the Hill is located in the quiet town of Myrtleford. If you're lucky you'll see the kangaroos early in the morning in neighbouring properties.
Getting Around:
The property is located central to town, with most streets closeby having footpaths for those that like to get some fresh air whilst on their way to the shops!

The house is well equipped for guests and amenities such as shower products and kitchen cleaning equipment provided for your stay. There are house rules located at the front door.
