Amazing stay at the hotel, service was great, room was super clean and well equiped! The subway station is just 2min from the hotel, and couple convenience stores are steps away! I would love to stay here again!

Nice location, easy transportation and next to a very lively area, tons of dining/shopping options. Room is tiny. Plenty of washer/dryer in the laundry room. The building is right by the street, but we didn’t hear any noise at night. Smart TV in the room is a nice touch, we were able to watch Harry Potter on Netflix, which is not available in the U.S.

Nagoya is not a touristic city and the staff has no information about restaurants, a map with interesting places to go. I suggest also to have the address in Japanese characters for the taxi.

Well appointed

Nice stay overall. Rooms clean and well appointed. Location great, close to subway, tower, and shopping/eating options. Breakfast also very nice. Only negative was an evacuation due to a faulty alarm. It really wasn't handled very well, so unfortunately cannot give 5/5 overall.

The shower was great and room facilities was good, including a massage cushion. Had 2 pillows but they weren’t comfortable. It was facing a Main Street so there was loud traffic noises in the middle of the night and other guests around my room were extremely noisy, running around, knocking and shouting to each other. And there didn’t seem to have any sound proofing. Luckily the other guests quietened around 10pm or I would’ve complained.

직원들 정말 너무너무 친절하시고 저는 못봤지만 친구가 한국어 잘하는 직원을 만났다고 했습니다. 방 청소도 다 좋았는데 누가봐도 쓰레기인 것들을 안치워주셨더라고요 쓰레기통만 비워주는 게 원칙인가 봅니다. 방 안에 다리미도 있고 제가 묵은 컴포트 더블룸은 욕조가 아주 크게 있어서 따로 대욕장 가지 않아도 될만큼 좋았습니다. 사카에까지 걸어서 8-10분 걸리는 거리이고 여름을 제외한 계절에 추천하는 호텔입니다. 오히려 사카에 중심부는 너무 시끄러워서 이 호텔이 맘에 들었어요. 다음에 다시 또 갈 의향 있어요!
