Great property, close to everything. Easy check in process and beautiful decor. Train right outside patio doors, but it wasn't bad. Would highly recommend!

Accommodations were very nice and comfortable. FYI it is right on top of train tracks that run non stop from 2am on. Just be advised. You do get used to it , but if you are a light sleeper it will keep you up, no question.

This space was lovely and roomie enough for six great girlfriends to enjoy a long weekend together! No complaints about the condo or building itself. Additionally, the communication from the rental company was excellent and the onsite building staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall a really great place and we all agreed that we would rent this space again! Only reason for the subtracted star is the immediate surrounding area (loud, active train & mission house directly across the street) that took away from the ambiance when at the pool or walking to downtown.

Perfect for a small group

Laylas Nashville Retreat was perfect for our girls weekend! The place was new, clean and well equipped. The balcony was a really great place to have coffee in the mornings! The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Just as a side note, there are train tracks in very close proximity and the trains are pretty frequent. That being said, there were white noise machines provided that completely drown out the noise while you’re sleeping. So, it wasn’t a problem for us. Highly recommend this property!

perfect group outing

This place was extremely clean. It was decorated nicely. It offered more than most places i've been too. There were two bars across the street with food.( not the greatest food but it was something) It took about 15 min to walk down town to Broadway. The only Two downfalls were the train, which went through often and there were a lot of homeless with the shelter not far. They never bothered us. The pool was great. We had a party of 6. The perfect place for a Birthday gathering. There is a liquor store walking distance (5 to 10 min walk) We would stay here again!

Amazing

This condo was perfect for my week long stay in Nashville. Great location to The gulch and a quick uber or 15 min walk to Broadway. It had all the comforts of home and then some. Equipped with everything you need (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap sponges , laundry pods) The condo amenities were very nice as well with a clean pool and great gym. I would def stay here again in the future. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because the train that runs right there was not a few times a day but a few times an hour.. even in the middle of the night. After a few days I got used to it. They do have a noise machine and blackout shades which helped.
