Lack of Information

Facility was clean and functional. Problem was no info in unit. We never figured out the cable TV. Never figured out how to change channels. NO info on cleanup or how to leave unit. Run dishwasher? Vacuum floor? Take out trash?

Adequate but needs attention

Unit was clean and in good order for the most part. However, refrigerator ran ALL the time and was dented and rusted on the side. Dishwasher had dried clump of detergent and when taking our dishes from the cabinet there was left over food. Rather short on cooking utensils and silverware needs replacing. Coffee pot doesn’t work! Probably the worst part. It started to brew, but only allowed a small portion to come thru to the pot and the remainder was still sitting where the coffee grounds are placed. Why on earth is there not a keruig? Unit just needs an overall makeover. With exception of the beds they were comfortable. View was great. Noise level from neighbors allowing doors to slam not so good. Not the best we have stayed in at Myrtle but definitely not the worst.

OK Stay

This condo is as oceanfront as you can get. Great views, high enough to avoid most pool noise but could still hear the waves. The condo needed a thorough cleaning upon check in to meet our standards. We wiped everything down and had to run all of the dishes through the dishwasher. All appliances worked but are worn out and rusted. We were missing a few kitchen essentials like a can opener but the staff made sure to supply anything we asked for right away. The staff were the best part of the resort always providing extra towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. They enforced the smoking policy as much as possible but several people were still smoking especially by the pool. If you don't like crowded pools with a ton of screaming kids and little adult supervision look elsewhere. They did enforce the 11pm quiet time for the most part which was appreciated. The free waterparks and mini golf are about 35 minutes away which was disappointing. Overall just an OK stay.

Not clean

The first day arriving there was pigeon feces by the front door. We had to call someone at the front desk to come clean it up. The bathroom was not clean. The refrigerator in the kitchen was not clean on the outer surface. There livingroom sofa was clean and new but the sofa chair was filthy with spots all over they should replaced this along with the new sofa. The carpet was not clean it got my sock black dirty. It Was not enough luggage carriers down in the lobby area to carry my luggage to my room. It was just an unpleasant stay.

Clean and somewhat spacious

The condo was clean and It had all the stuff we needed for our 2-week stay with our little dog. The appliances have seen better days but they work fine.

Nice Condo

Overall very nice. However, to take it to the next level, it needs a new sofa and chair. Also, doing away with the carpet for laminate flooring would take it over top. We have stayed in units with all laminate flooring and like it a lot. Just our suggestions! Very nice condo and love the floorplan!
