Yaya trip

8 childhood friends had a great time at Crescent Shores. Our condo was easy to access with ample parking available. We recommend this property and will book again.

Great family trip

Great condo, great views! Contacted the owner before we arrived for keys and parking passes and we were all set when we arrived. Parking was tight but manageable. Overall a good trip!

Door to balcony was extremely hard to open , floors dirty, but everything else was good !

A couple of minor things but overall I would recommend this condo & I would stay there again.

What a View

Our house is being renovated and we needed a place to stay during Jan. and Feb. We lucked out staying at Crescent Beach with its beautiful view of the ocean. The large windows were the perfect backdrop for our stay to watch the beautiful sunsets. Everything went smoothly the entire time, from check-in to check-out. We were even able to extend our time here for a couple of weeks without any problem. Honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Great condo!

Condo was beautiful. Views are awesome. The sliding doors in the living room lock broke. We called on Saturday but no one responded. The beach was beautiful but very crowded.

Nice condo but had some issues

The condo was very nice, up to date and well stocked. Great location. There were a couple of issues. We expected there to be some sand on the floors and around the condo but the floors were absolutely filthy. It turned our socks black just walking around in the evenings. There were dirty paper towels left lying around. It appeared as if it was given a quick and inadequate cleaning job. There were also no ice machines on the property which was a little inconvenient. The main issue was the fact that the outdoor pool was completely closed the entire week and we were not notified of said closure. We traveled over 8 hours with 5 children who had hopes of swimming in the pool. It was very disappointing and a major let down to not have access to the outdoor pool.

Excellent location and fabulous hosts!

The condo was amazing. It was very spacious and accomndated all 9 of us comfortably. Each room had its own TV and bathroom. The views of the ocean and pools were amazing! We grilled onsite and watched the fireworks from our balcony. It was conveniently located near all major grocery stores, Tanger Outlet, and the mall. Randy and Debbie were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and provided excellent instructions and details regarding our stay. I will definitely use their properties in the future!

A little bit of paradise

The condo was true to its pictures- beautiful view- close to pools and walk to beach. Very comfortable-kitchen well stocked. Huge TV’s in all rooms- everything one would want in a get-away to paradise.

Wonderful place to stay

My family had a great stay and made great memories. Great location and unit had just enough room for us. There was a lot of sand on the floors but it’s the beach so we kind of expected that.

Overall a great stay

We loved being in the first floor and right on the beach. We would definitely stay again. Our only issues ate the cleanliness of the condo. It was pretty dirty compared to other condos, and spare linens were obviously not washed as they were wadded up in the closet. There were several plugs that needed repair. With small kids this could be very dangerous. Needs some updates for what you’re spending.

Great Location; Lots of room

Our family of 8 adults had a great vacation in this condo unit. It was spacious and clean and had lots of room to relax after spending time at the beach or doing other activities. The 3 full bathrooms were great. The kitchen was large and well stocked with equipment. Be prepared to bring (or buy) all of the food items you want; there are no food staples stocked in the cabinets. But there are plenty of plates, etc for eating and cooking. The condo has direct access to the beach. This first floor unit was very convenient for getting to/from the beach and parking facilities. There are also elevators, but they get very congested during Saturday check-in times. We never had any problem finding parking for our vehicle in the parking garage across the street. The balcony is nice, but being on the 1st floor, it does sit right over the pool which is busy during the day.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Crescent Shores. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Randy was incredibly responsive to any issues that we had and came right out when we needed something fixed. Overall, it was a great experience and we would do it again.

Wonderful place to stay

Definitely would stay again. Everything was neat, clean and spacious. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening too and watching the waves hit the shore. Loved walking to Mr. G’s Ice Cream shop every night. Relaxing time in the Lazy River, Pool and Hot Tub. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Fabulous Oceanfront property

This unit is a corner unit, beautifully furnished and perfectly located. It’s across the street from Molly Darcy’s Irish pub and two blocks from Mr. G’s burgers and ice cream. The banana boats and parasails are steps away. Highly recommended! Will visit this one again..

Great View and Great Condo

The condo was well furnished and in great condition. Condo even had really nice televisions in every room (though we rarely used them). Pool and hot tubs were usually busy but had no issues using them every day. The condo is on the first floor which was amazing on check in day as it was a mad house of people checking in and using the elevators. We were able to easily take the stairs that are right next to the entrance. We will definitely consider this condo again next year.

Love Crescent shores

We really enjoyed our trip to the beach and wish to recommend it to handicapped individuals. It is a roomy floor plan and has bar at the master bath commode. Not accessible to shower or tub but it gets a 9 out of 10 for wheelchair access and room.

Great trip

Great condo! You can’t get any closer to the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the spectacular view. Bedrooms were spacious and everyone had plenty of room. Loved being on the first floor because easily accessible to ground floor without having to wait on the elevator. Great communication as I left my hair dryer and curling iron under the sink and received a prompt response letting me know they would get it back to me!!

The condo was just like the photos and description. It was very clean and located in a nice area with a mini-mart, Irish pub, and large beach shop within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

First time staying in this Unit...and it was perfect.

This unit was spectacular. We loved the unit being on the first floor: A) we could use the step instead of the elevator. B) We could see our grandkids in the pool areas C) the patio furniture was nice, and the view of the ocean was/is spectacular. We found the unit super clean, and the kitchen had all the things our family of 9 needed. Overall, simply a spectacular unit. Mike McKee

Great week

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us this week. The bedroom situation was perfect for our extended family of 10. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning, and a couple of evening meals. And the outside closet had an abundance to umbrellas, chairs, floats, boogie boards, sand toys, and even a cart to haul them to the beach. Really, really nice! This condominium also had plenty of carts/buggies to unload and load our stuff. No wait necessary! Randy even sent a repairman to take care of a couple of small issues, even though we told him they were non issues to us. I would say the condo could use a few more towels/washclothes. The only real negative to the week, and what dropped the star rating down a notch, was with what we called the, "pool nazis." They were over the top in their policing of the pool area, almost to the extent of being annoying. They said they were, "only doing their job." But we come on vacation to get away from the every day hassles!
