Villa 'Mediterraneo' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Just a short walk from the beach, the villa Mediterraneo with step-free access and interior is located in Oliva. The 404 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A high chair is also available. This villa offers a private 700 m² fenced outdoor space with a hydromassage pool, garden, open and covered terraces, a bar with bar stools next to the barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

Just 300 meters away, guests will find pristine sandy beaches with Blue Flag status and for leisure, a golf course and horse riding school are located only 7 km from the property. Public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und gemütliches Haus unweit von Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkten in einer ruhigen Gegend.Wunderschöner Außenbereich zum Entspannen. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und hatte einige gute Tipps auf Lager. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder
