We stay here every time we come to Disneyland, but the last 2 times, the front desk staff seems short, irritated, when there's a question you can tell they get annoyed. This time was kinda my last straw. We arrived back to our room on Monday 4/15, the power was out, when we asked if we would be compensated the girl cut us off and told us to enjoy some chips, water and soda on them. The items were on the couch in a box, like really?? No I'm sorry this happened here's your deposit back or complimentary breakfast. We couldn't charge our phones which we needed to. Power was out for about 10-12hrs. In the morning, there was still no acknowledgment to the power being out. We also had food and drinks in our fridge that went bad and we woke up to the room being warm. Another thing that the other guests were venting about on the shuttle ride to and from the parks, were the $200 deposit they hold when you check in. Do you guys ever stop and think that that money is part of our vacation?? Also, don't advertise free parking when you charge $30 to park each night. From now on, we will be staying at other properties. I want to give my thanks to the restaurant staff that helps with the buffet, they are excellent, as well as the shuttle drivers, I know they have a rough job as well, but they are ALWAYS on time and wait a few mins each way to pick up as many people as possible.
