The second double bedroom is also on the ground floor, while the remaining bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table in the kitchen, and guests can exit to the patio for outdoor dining.

The lower ground floor features a double bedroom with access to the terrace, and two further bedrooms, one with two beds, and another with a single bed and a double bed.
