Great hotel! The family style rooms were extremely roomy and had a lovely style. We had a beautiful view from the 19th floor of the waterways and city buildings. Walking distance to the Osaka Castle. Staff were very helpful. Variety of food options were available near us. Train stations were close to the hotel. My family had a wonderful time and we will definitely come here again.

View from our room was nice, PJs were comfortable and supplied but the hotel spa was not included in room rate and was extra, which was disappointing. The actual public bath is still quite good. Facilities were solid but no option for breakfast in nearby area, dinner okay. Rooms are a bit dated and a little small otherwise okay. It's connected to station so walking through to hotel was easy and close which was good.

Osaka Castle park is amazing and it was great to have a hotel viewing the park, with quick walking access. The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately there were some old food crumbs on the floor between the beds. When we asked for extra pillows for the children we were told that we could not have extra pillows. That was frustrating. The area and the views were great, and we enjoyed our brief stay.

客室の浴槽も大きく大浴場もあってとてもよかったです。ただ鍵付きのロッカーから浴室までが少し離れてるので浴室の近くにも脱衣所があるのをお風呂の入り口でお知らせあったらよかったかな。それと帰りの動線ももう少しわかりやすくしてほしい。
