Living 5 meters away from the sea can only be great, day and night. The apartment is more than enough and it has what we needed. Valerio and Monica are very nice hosts, all the communications went very well with them and they provided us with great tips to have a great vacation. Thank you for the nice time.

Quello che colpisce è la posizione. Solo per amanti degli scogli, comunque praticabili, del suono del mare e dell'estrema semplicità. Con qualche accorgimento ho reso il letto più comodo, l'abitazione è essenziale, ci vuole un po' di adattamento, ma il fatto di essere coi piedi in acqua ripaga di tutto. I proprietari sono molto disponibili, per qualsiasi cosa in un batter d'occhio arrivano, ci hanno omaggiato di una mezza giornata in più senza chiedere nulla. Il parcheggio in strada è fattibile, il più distante è a meno di cento metri, gratis e in luglio c'era sempre posto.

Nous avons vraiment aimé cet appartement au bord de l'eau. La vue est incroyable vraiment un privilège. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Monica. L'appartement est simple bien décoré mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourner. Les restaurants et la piste cyclable sont à proximité. Nous avons passé vraiment un très bon moment ma femme, moi et ma fille. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. MERCI à Monica

Wir beschrieben liegt diese Wohnung direkr am Meer. Man öffnet die Fenster und blickt auf das wunderschöne blau - die Wellen, die Geräusche des Wassers, die vielen kleinen (und großen) Fischerboote und noch vieles Meer. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche mit viel Sonne und reichlich schwimmen (schnorcheln). Wer einen entspannten und nicht von Touristen heimgesuchten Urlaubsort sucht, sollte dieses Domiziel ausprobieren. :) Wir können es uneingeschränkt Empfehlen.

Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt richtig schön genossen, jeden Tag waren 30° und schönes Wetter. Die Wohnung lag in einer guten Lage leider war der Strand daneben zu steinig und wir konnten den nicht nutzen mit den Kindern aber 10 Minuten Fußweg weg war ein schöner Strand mit Sand. Bis zu San Remo war es 5 Minuten Autofahrt und wir könnten auch andere Städte ansehen können. Die Wohnung hat leider uns nicht gefallen, weil da waren alte Möbeln, die Couch hat muffig gestunken, der Kleiderschrank war staubig und teilweise beschädigt. Im Bad lief vom Wasserhahn Wasser raus und jeden Tag war eine Wasserfütze da. Allgemein war die Wohnung nicht richtig sauber. Aber dadurch dass wir nur beim schlafen in der Wohnung waren hat uns dass nicht groß gestört. Die Aussicht aus dem Balkon war Hammer mit dem Meerblick.

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich!!! Zuvorkommend, sehr herzlich und die Wohnung ist der Hammer! Ein super Schnorchel Spot und einfach direkt vor der Terrasse!! Nette Menschen an der Strandbar direkt neben an mit kühlen Getränken und Panini:-) die Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos sehr klein aus aber absolut gemütlich, ruhig und schön !! Wir waren zu Dritt hier, mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter und hatten die beste Zeit!! Meeres-Rauschen die ganze Nacht ist einfach unbezahlbar! Danke Monika für ALLES ❤️ wir kommen wieder !!!

Nicht sehr luxuriöse und ausbaufähige Wohnung, die insbesondere bei den Betten, in der Küche und im Bad eine Sanierung bedürfte, aber eine wundervolle Aussicht und tolle Lage. Wenn die Ansprüche an Wohnkomfort nicht zu hoch sind kann man sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Zudem ist die Nähe zu wundervollen Orten, wie Ospedaletti, Sanremo, Ventimiglia einfach phantastisch und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und unterstützend.

Für uns war das entscheidende Kriterium einmal so nah am Meer Urlaub zu machen, das ist voll gelungen. Die Wohnung ist in einer kleinen Anlage mit weiteren Ferienwohnungen gleicher Größe gelegen. Zu unserer Zeit im September war es dort nicht voll. Die kleine Wohnung an sich ist recht einfach und auch an einigen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen. Das muss man wissen, wir empfanden es aber als kompensiert mit dem günstigen Preis. Ansonsten hat man alles was man braucht, auch wenn ich mir eine bessere Matratze gewünscht hätte. Wir konnten Mahlzeiten zubereiten, uns waschen und waren eben immer vom Meer umgeben. Als Tipp: wir hatten Aluliegen und haben uns auf dem Balkon gesonnt und uns die kostenpflichtigen Strandliegen neben an gespart und waren dennoch in ein paar Sekunden im Meer. Man sollte noch wissen, dass es in der Wohnung nur italienisches und französisches TV gibt, WiFi auch nicht, also genug zum Lesen und Spiele mitnehmen. Ansonsten eignet sich die Wohnungslage gut für Ausflüge, auch mal schnell nach Frankreich. Die Lage in Ospedaletti ist auch angenehm, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will (wobei Ospedaletti ohnehin vergleichsweise ruhig ist), es ist ca. 1 km bis zum Zentrum und den Restaurants. Es gibt keinen festen Parkplatz, wir konnten jedoch immer in der Straße parken. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und standen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Fazit: wir haben die Wohnung für uns Strandhütte genannt und das trifft es auch vom Lebensgefühl gut. Wir haben uns in zwei Wochen sehr gut erholt und vermissen das Meeresrauschen und die Aussicht.

Supertolle Lage direkt am Meer, sehr freundliche Besitzerin, 1,5 km zu Bäcker + Supermarkt, Pista Ciclabile sehr schnell erreichbar, ausreichend große Wohnung für 2 Personen, herrlicher Balkon mit Sonnenschirmen, viel wichtiges + unwichtiges Zubehör in der Wohnung, keine richtigen Betten, 1 Klappsofa + ein Klappbett, kein W-LAN, sehr kleine Küche mit wenig Platz, Bad + Dusche sind OK, tropfende Wasserhähnen, Fahrradunterbringung sehr schwierig, Parkplatzsituation ist leider katastrophal.

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo passato un piacevolissimo weekend in questo grazioso appartamento che è fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere al meglio il nostro soggiorno. La sua posizione fantastica permette di rilassarti e vivere a pieno il mare. Valerio è una persona squisita, molto gentile e disponibile! E’ sicuramente un posto in cui torneremo più che volentieri! Consigliatissimo!!

This is a lovely, small cabin directly on the sea. We were worried what we would find but were delighted with this little place. The only sounds we heard were the pounding of the waves on the shore. The property is not sophisticated but is very clean and has all you need for a holiday on the beach. It is a 6 minute walk into Ospedeletti. The property is directly below the cycle path. We didn’t have a car but a bike rental is just along the path. Buses are also very frequent to Bordighera and San Remo. We would definitely return here.
