This property is available to be rented by adults over 25. Families with guests under 25 are welcome provided two adults 25+ are present.

Harbor Arms is a very secluded low-rise with nearly 1000 feet of beachfront to spread out and enjoy, thanks to two large empty lots on each side of our building. There are only 10 units at this complex, and you park just a few steps away from your front door with direct beach access from your back door and a grocery store within walking distance.

This beautiful, pet-friendly Harbor Arms unit is beachfront, on the first floor, and has direct beach access from your large private balcony and Amazing Views throughout this home.

Enjoy your huge ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as ocean views from the master bedroom.

Your one assigned parking spot is just a few steps away from the front door and there are 4 other unassigned parking spots first come first serve at this complex of 10 units.

Harbor Arms is a wide complex and only two stories tall providing a long beautiful strip of sugar-white beach for its tenants. It is truly a place your family will want to return to year after year.

There are many beautiful upgrades in this home that have been done recently giving it the reputation of the nicest unit in the complex. The kitchen is well stocked and has been completely redone from floor to ceiling with high-end cabinetry and granite. All 3 bathrooms have been completely remodeled to have walk-in showers and new cabinets and sinks. Many beautiful details throughout this unit that give you that warm home feeling.

This property is available to be rented by adults over 25. You may not exceed the maximum number of guests this unit sleeps. Up to two dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog, plus tax.

Harbor Arms 2 is in a very secluded low-rise with nearly 1000 feet of beachfront to spread out and enjoy, thanks to two large empty lots on each side of our building. If you are booking on a third party platform, you will be sent a link to a contract, for our records, with the same terms and conditions that you would have already agreed to during your reservation process.

Damage and Capacity Restrictions: Our properties are inspected before and after each reservation guests agree to pay for any flagrant damage to the units, excessive cleaning required at check-out, missing or damage to the units’ contents, or any other accidental damage to anything within the rental unit during the rental period. If any damages the Renter authorizes any said damage or missing items charged to their credit card identified above. The listed maximum capacity may not be exceeded during any time for the duration of your stay. If it is exceeded then Guest is in breach of this Agreement; and (iii) Guest forfeits its right to return of any monies collected. No smoking, or parties of any kind are allowed at this property.


Terms include a No Tolerance Policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with our Terms as they are strictly enforced.

RESERVATIONS: All Reservations are subject to Management and Property Owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice. Should there be ANY issues with the reservation, you will be notified.

PROPERTY: Guest rents, for vacation purposes only, the furnished real property and improvements described.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM on arrival date. This time may be delayed should unforeseen circumstances arise. Check-out time is NO LATER than 10:00 AM on the departure date. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out options are not available during Peak Times. If Early Check and/or Late check out are approved, you will get an email confirmation from the reservation team.
PAYMENTS: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Outside 30 days of arrival, Deposit Payment is due to reserve property. Balance Payment is due 30 Days before Arrival and will be charged automatically to same credit card used, unless communicated otherwise. Within 60 Days of Arrival, Total Cost is due to reserve property. ALL Payments are NONREFUNDABLE. We offer Vacation Rental Insurance

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If Reservation is cancelled inside of 30 days of arrival, Deposit Payment will be forfeited, and Guest is released from financial liability on remaining balance owed. Outside of 30 days deposit will be refunded to the card charged only minus all transaction costs.

UNAVAILABILITY: For any reason beyond the control of Management, the Premises become unavailable, Management may substitute a comparable unit or cancel this Agreement and refund in full all payments made by Guest.

STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE: We have a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. No loud noises, music, load vehicles are allowed between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please note if the these are followed you can be fined and asked to vacate the property.

APPROVED GUESTS AND USE: The Premises are for the sole use as a personal vacation residence by Approved Guests. Reserving Guest is responsible for any guests that use the property during the term of this agreement. Guest may not exceed Max Occupancy for Property at any time. If the Premises are used, in any way, by more than max allowed guests, (i) Guest and all others may be required to immediately leave the Premises or be removed from the Premises; (ii) Guest is in breach of this Agreement; and (iii) Guest forfeits its right to return of any monies collected.

OCCUPANCY: Approved Guests are persons who will occupy the Premises. No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on Premises. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items, and any damages to the Property of any kind.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A Valid Credit Card to be kept on file is required upon Reservation. Should a Security Deposit not be collected or damages cost are above damage deposit amount, any charges above the amount of deposit, the Credit Card on file will be charged for any of these costs. Guest hereby grants consent to charge Credit Card on file for any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, fines, and, if necessary, cost incurred to remove Guest from property.

CLEANING: Premises will be delivered to Guest in a professionally cleaned condition. Should Guest's use and activity require more than regular cleaning services, Guest will be charged for associated excess costs.

PETS: If this is a non pet friendly home then Pets are NOT allowed. If unauthorized pet is discovered on Premises, Guest will be asked to leave without refund as Guest will be in breach of this Agreement.

NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed on the Premises. If smoking does occur on the Premises, (i) Guest is responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors and removal of debris; (ii) Guests may be required to immediately leave the Premises, or be removed from the Premises; (iii) Guest is in breach of this Agreement. Guest will also be responsible for any losses incurred if following reservations are unable to occupy the home due to smoking smell or damage

CONDITION OF PREMISES: Guest shall, on arrival, examine the Premises, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures and landscaping, if any, and shall immediately report, in writing, if any are not in operating condition or are in disrepair. Reporting repairs does not give Guest the right to cancel this Agreement or receive a refund of any payments made.

LOST ITEMS OR LEFT ITEMS: Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at Guest’s request. Management shall not be held liable for condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days, may be donated or sold.

MAIL SERVICES: You may ship directly to the home that you are staying in using Fedex or UPS while your are in the home, however we can not guarantee delivery or security of the package. This will be up to the shipping client and the shipping receiver to arrange. **We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed deliveries. Returning late deliveries after a guest has left will incur an additional fee, plus cost of shipping.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the rental agreement shall occupy the property. Breach of this will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement with a forfeiture of the entire rental amounts and or security deposit.

NO PARTIES: All of our rentals are in residential areas and may NOT be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or large gatherings. Any disruptive events could result in the eviction and forfeiture of entire rental amount and security deposit.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the property and no refunds will be issued.

TV/CABLE/INTERNET/SATELLITE: No refund shall be given for number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content or personal preferences with regards to cable/internet/satellite service. Services are provided as a convenience only and are not integral to this agreement.

Best Place on the Beach

This beach house is exactly what we hoped for. The home is very nice and spacious. The kitchen has plenty of everything. The porch runs the width of the unit and is separated from the other units allowing privacy. The best part of this rental is the location. The lots on either side are vacant, and there are no high rises close by. The Carousel and Thomas Donuts are very close by. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect just like last time

Great beach stay

We loved our stay on the beach! Perfect getaway! The condo was comfortable, cozy, and absolutely beautiful view of the beach! Our dog loved it too! We didn't realize that there are no dogs allowed on the beach until we were told by a police officer. Just make sure to get a permit and bring your dog to a dog friendly beach if you plan on brining your pooch. Otherwise a perfect vacation!

Perfect Beach Spot

This place was the perfect place for a few days on the beach! Even though I broke my ankle a few days before our trip we were able to enjoy the amazing views right from the living room, kitchen, and the deck. Thank you for sharing this great spot!

Best. Vacation. Ever!

All female crew here, with a small toddler, and one male pet. We loved every minute of it. So much so that we didn’t even bother turn on a single tv in the condo. When I say it’s right on the beach, that’s what I mean. Both Kim and Todd were amazing and easy to communicate with. They answered all my questions and helped with anything we needed. We brought our own chairs and toys for my little one so she can play but things are there that you can use. The sand does put a lot of wear and tear on the beach equipment, we found out, once we packed our stuff up. I decided to leave the sand toys there (here’s to hoping I’ll be back next year!) so other kids might get some use out of them. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. One of the bathrooms is a bit smaller than expected but the nice shower size made up for that. Stores and restaurants are close by; two right across the street. We didn’t explore too much but rather enjoyed the place and location itself. This is not a brand spanking new built but it was a home away from home for us and we looked at it that way and enjoyed the comfort of it. Thanks to the owners once again for sharing this beautiful location with us. Hope to get a chance to come back again! ~ Gaby

Location is great but cluttered and parking problem

First I have to say Todd the manager was great! I can't say enough about him. I give him 5 + stars. He was very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately the property was filthy when we got there. Todd sent someone the next day to clean what we requested and brought cleaning supplies. The condo is jammed full of "clutter." There was too much unnecessary furniture and breakable "decor." We had to put a lot of things up since we had little ones. Parking was a big issue. Only 1 assigned parking spot and 3 unassigned for the complex. Since most people staying in this small complex seemed to have more than one car this was a big problem. We lucked into one of the open unassigned spots for our second car so we didn't dare move it until we checked out. We had others parking in our assigned space and had to go knocking on doors to find owners to move them so we could park. The beach was great. It was nice being on the ground floor with easy access to the beach off the back deck. It was great having a hose at the stairway to rinse off sandy feet coming back to the condo. Unfortunately we didn't explore the area much due to COVID 19 and couldn't leave as a group since we didn't want to loose the parking spot for our second car. We pretty much stayed at the condo only sending out the guys to pick up take out and to the grocery store. We really enjoyed the beach there but we will not stay here again due to the parking and the clutter in this condo. Its a shame since the beach location is so nice with no other large complexes around. If they could remedy the parking problem, get rid of all the extra unnecessary furniture, knick knacks and breakable things and have it cleaned properly, we would be back. Again, Todd the property manager was amazing but the owners definitely need to declutter, finish the painting, remove rugs, get a new vacuum that doesn't blow out sand and smell like dog, and give this place a little more attention.
