Wearing swimwear or being wet in the building after using the pool is not permitted.

Late check-out without host consent may result in up to 50% charge of the last night's fee.
We recommend keeping windows closed to prevent condensation in the air-conditioned apartment and as a precaution in case of rain. Any damage of this nature may incur an additional charge.
