Great stay

Great location, more details on what’s in the immediate area would be helpful. Very narrow stairwell and 3rd floor location would be helpful to those unaccustomed to ground floor being considered floor zero. Need more towels. Instructions in English on how to use the box and washer/dryer would be most helpful.

Completely misleading advertising pictures

Upon arrival late at night for a weeks stay, we discovered that the wet areas had mould and rot. We could not stay and left the next morning.We requested a refund and sent the pictures. We were advised that no refund would be given as the property had the ‘highest standards of cleanliness’ and our pictures were “simply normal for an area that was not properly ventilated” We are seeking legal recovery of our payment. Unfortunately, this review format does not accept our pictures, so we will be posting them on another review site.

perfekte lage

super lage. wenig touristen in diesem recht angesagten viertel. obwohl die unterkunft recht hellhörig scheint, war es sehr angenehm ruhig. sehr klein, aber alles ist da. matratzen waren ok. vermisst haben wir in der unterkunft etwas zum aufhängen der jacken/ kleidung sowie tassen und gläser.

Really cute and functional place for the both of us. We cooked all week in the small kitchen and saved money this way! Lots of hot water, fairly quiet place at night. Bed is comfy and linen is really nice. The location is stellar, one of the best neighborhood in paris in our opinion. The price was right. We would go back.
