The apartment was great. It is a bit far from everything but only a metro ride away to most things so it wasn't a problem.

Stinks like cigarettes, no 2 toilets as advertised, poorly installed floor boards and mats inside covering stained carpets. 3 mugs between 6 people. Only 1 kitchen knife (a bread knife). 1 cutting board. No way to dry dishes. Very poor kitchen amenities. No spare rubbish bags.. Very poor instructions for accessing the car park and no instructions provided on how to deal with trash. Leaking bathrooms sinks. Great location with a car bay...

Living room has a couch and one small side table and small coffee table. The light in the corner flickers on and off. Window coverings are see thru. Needs better curtains that don’t have splattered blood on them. Couch big back pillow has a broken zipper. Couch was hard as a rock. Also, no patio furniture on the outside patio. Patio was dirty as well. Side table next to the bed in the back left was hanging down the wall broken. Coffee and espresso pods, sugar would have been nice to have for the morning. Also, your listing states 2 bathroom’s! It should be listed as 2 separate showers and 1 toilet, also the water leaks into left drawer in the front bathroom. Floors are dirty. I don’t know who is cleaning for you, but they are literally doing the minimum. Repair the couch, hang appropriate curtains and one of the covers to sleep with is shredded. Blinds in the back right bedroom are torn up and don’t close. They need to be replaced.Communication with the owner was easy. Had an elderly woman come out and start yelling at us French as we were walking up. Idk what that was about. More than 1 key would have been nice.

personnel désagréable à souhaits qui annule la réservation et le séjour le jour même 1h avant notre arrivée et propose un logement misérable pas dutout convenable compte tenu du nombre de personnes présente lors de l’après-midi prévue pour profiter d’un joyeux événement prétextant une fuite d’eau (ce qui j’estime n’est pas un drame car aucune trace d’écoulement d’eau n’est perçu à travers les fenêtres du logement. Également il a fallu plus de 30 minutes à l’Hote pour répondre au téléphone malgré les 5 appels successifs de moi et de ma collègue, redirigeant vers une boîte vocale d’indisponibilité. Et cela sans préciser la froideur et le désintérêt notable dans la voix et le ton de l’interlocutrice.Je suis très déçu et nous avons dû dans l’urgence débourser plus d’une centaine d’euros dans une location de fortune. Cela nous a pour le moins miner le moral et a causé beaucoup de stress et de tensions et donc a gâché la joyeuse célébration prévue il y a plusieurs mois et réservé le 5 septembre. Cordialement. An excellent location for a visit to Paris

From the booking date the managers of this property were excellent. The responded in a timely fashion, were very helpful and actually reached out to see if we needed anything. The check-in process was relatively smooth. The property exceeded our expectation. It was very spacious, super clean and had all that we needed. The location was perfect with several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Public transport is readily available which makes for easy access to attration sites.

Für ein Paar Nächte ok. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur ein paar Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem mitten im netten ruhigen Stadtteil.Die Ausstattung ist eher mittelmäßig, der Fußboden muss erneuert werden. Der Teppich in einem der Schlafzimmer ist verdreckt mit Farb- und Kleberesten. Im anderen Schlafzimmer war die Jalousie kaputt.
