It was a beautiful winter wonderland vacay... Great location everything was close by store, gas, shopping, food and Brian head ski resort very close loved loved this home will definitely be back again Thanks for giving us a awesome vacation!!!

Everything was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed. The only item missing was a cheese grater. The game rooms were fun. The beds were comfy. Thanks for hosting us.

Big spacious home right outside of Zion. Nicely remodeled. Plenty of beds and living area to relax. There were also fun games to help pass the time in the evening. Nice backyard and grill on the patio. The host was very responsive.

Specifically chose this house to come back to a second time. The western themed room with pool table and the ping pong table lounge room were both hits with the six teens we brought with us. The house is always well stocked, real wood burning fireplace (with wood and kindling provided). Check-in/out was ultra easy, no hassle.

Very nice older ranch style home. Negatives, a very small kitchen work area that got very warm when preparing meals, no dishwasher. The basement was very cold compared to the first level. Setting the temperature higher did not make a difference. Sine the A/C was keeping the first level comfortable perhaps it was not possible to heat up the basement.

Loved the house. Our family had fun with pool table and ping pong table and lots of TVs! The kitchen is well supplied with all pots/pans etc. and could cook our Thanksgiving meal. Large back yard for kids and dogs to play. We had a great time.

This location was perfect for our family. Rooms for all and indoor entertainment when it was too cold to go outside. The yard was perfect for the kids, grandkids, and dogs to play in - perfect for a cozy winter break! Definitely a destination place!!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

The home and property were great. The sleeping arrangements were perfect and the two game rooms down stairs were great; we used them a lot! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and some spices. Note that the property does not have a dishwasher so if you are staying with a large group you may want to bring some paper plates and cups.

Communication with the property manager was not good. The owner stepped up and took care of our issues. The owner informed us that their property manager had up and quit the week before with no notice. So after a brief hiccup with the entry code we got in the property. We had asked about whether the property backyard was fenced and never heard back until we received out check in instructions and were told at that time from the owner that it was not. We do not fault the owner as clearly the property manager that quit dropped the ball in answering our question. The home, community and neighborhood are beautiful and typical small town Utah which is to say they are perfect. We booked this location for proximity to Zion and Bryce and it was an hour and a half away from each of them. But we were right next to some other gems that we knew nothing about but fell in love with. We would not change our decision at staying at this beautiful property. Thank you

This place has 4 bedrooms with 4 large beds which worked out great for our group of mountain bikers. The house has a huge back yard and elevated back porch which makes it very private. We hung out and watched the lightning storms under the patio cover. We really only used cereal bowls but the house was well equipped for those looking to cook. We enjoyed the ping pong table....but paddles need help and they need new pp balls. We'll be back.

Great week where the weather was amazing and the house was perfect for our family of six and two pups. Loved playing yard games out back and games at night in the two game rooms. Plenty of space to spread out, watch the game, or enjoy the sunset. Thanks for hosting us.
