Overall during our travels this is the worst hotel by far ! The rooms are full of ants, your Bed sheets , your baggage even your drinks bottle we had them EVERYWHERE. We asked for a different room still full of ants.the man who works there basically told us to not eat in the rooms hang on! It’s a hotel room . The hotel is that much on a budget they won’t bring pest control out to it and instead just use fly spray which does 0 . The pipe that evening to the sink broke and fired water everywhere I turned the stop tap for the water the next day counter man said the plumber will be here today , we spent days in that stinking hotel no water for days apart from the shower. The room has a disgusting dirty stench to it . There’s no air con unless you pay extra so you sweat. This may be budget but come on for a budget room you expect cleanliness the cleaner doesn’t clean every day so piles of rubbish is left in the room for an extra little bit you could get a better place. The room is dated. They don’t care it’s like they know it’s a bad and they just want your money and just crack on rather than update the place. Manager either sort it out or shut it down it’s not fair on the people that use it or your workers that get the backlash when people like us complain.
