After I contacted the host for check in instructions on the morning of our arrival date, I was informed that the property was unavailable and my reservation was cancelled. I never received any correspondence from the host previously to my check in date. I believe that this is an unprofessional manner of conducting a rental business and it reflects poorly on VRBO.
