Incredible beaches and a friendly atmosphere are just two of the many features that make our vacation rentals in Pensacola Beach, Florida a popular choice for a great getaway! Just steps from some of the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches, these lovely townhomes are packed with things to do that will keep everyone entertained. The kids will undoubtedly enjoy splashing around the private community pool after a friendly game of beach volleyball onsite, while you spend your time at the community clubhouse or nearby beach. The fisherman and avid adventurer are bound to find Boardwalk Townhomes as a little piece of paradise, taking advantage of the onsite boat and Jet Ski launch for a day full of fun in the sun. This individual property has just been completely renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. Amazing location! We loved our stay in this condo. The location is amazing! It’s so nice being on the island and not have to contend with traffic to get to the beach. We loved how updated the condo was. The pool was really nice and was close to this unit. We all rated the condo a 10/10. We will definitely come back to the island and will see if this unit is available when we do.

Close to the beach. Not very nice on the outside.

The kitchen is really nice and comfortable beds. Whole place is pretty clean, not spotless but acceptable. There is covered parking which is nice. The couches were leather. There were enough supplies provided to last 5 days. Theres a wagon, beach towels, and chairs provided as well. The walk to the gulf front beach is super quick less than 5 minutes with gear. Couldnt ask to be much closer than that. Beach was not crowded at all! The bay side and pool are just one unit between. The complex is undergoing construction so there were workers and machinery present with lots of areas of the ground being dug up. It seems as if the porches are all rotting wood and being held up by temporary metal poles at the whole complex. It looks rough from the outside. Also, my daughter said she saw roaches present outside at night that run under the house cracks when someone approaches. We never saw any inside the house but thinking they are around was very unnerving.

Our Favorite

This condo was very clean and decorated perfectly!! All appliances worked great. The beds were comfortable especially the king size bed. Perfect location on the bayside where we like to fish off the dock. An amazing vacation. Thankyou for allowing us to stay here.
