updated & very clean. It is very close to restaurants & shopping in Old Town…so convenient! Beds were comfortable & check in was easy. The hosts left a bottle of wine which was so nice. The only drawbacks were the tenants above up were very noisy ( thin walls) and we discovered the hairdryer was missing so my husband had to scramble to buy one. Other than that we enjoyed our short stay and and would recommend the property.

Great property

Appreciated that the property was very clean. Cupboards were well stocked and beds very comfortable. Location was excellent, with shopping & restaurants close by. The bottle of wine sitting on the table as we walked in the door was a lovely touch and so much appreciated. Hosts were second to none in their communications. Having the washer & dryer not inside the unit but close by was a minor inconvenience but really didn’t pose much of a problem. Very quiet location with great neighbors.

Lovely time in Scottsdale

Watching the hummingbirds right outside while drinking fresh orange juice from trees close by was amazing. All 3 of us enjoyed ourselves. Great neighbors who live year in the complex round were also a plus for us.

Beautifully Updated Condo

This condo was great. The complex itself was older, but this unit had been beautifully updated and had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful and very responsive in communication. The pool was nice and quiet and the communal barbecues were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice unit - everything is updated, tasteful, and attractive. The building complex was very quiet and conveniently located next to an upscale shopping center, restaurants, and not far from Old Town Scottsdale.

Nice getaway

My wife and I just wanted to get away and celebrate our anniversary. The condo was a perfect location to the stores, restaurants, entertainment and R & R at the pools. Great location

The condo is located in the perfect spot close to many things in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Everything is very clean and good amenities are provided. Had to check in on work mails but there didn't appear to be WiFi or at least we weren't able to find it.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed everything about this property. Very thought out amenities. Comfortable and quiet. Pool was nice the one day we actually had time to enjoy it! Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We were here for a wedding in Scottsdale with our daughter and her husband and their 7 week baby girl. I had a few questions to ask the owners and their response was very prompt. Highly recommend for a stay in Scottsdale!

Great location, great place!

Loved the property, had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Everything had been upgraded in the suite, so it was very comfortable. Location is great, 3 minute walk to fashion square and restaurants, and maybe 10 minutes walk to old town. Ubers come around within 5 minutes, so everything was very easy! Check in and communication with Jim was very easy. Definitely recommend Jim’s place and would stay again!

New renovation in choice location

The owners did an excellent job of updating this condo. Clean and well maintained, it is located within a short walk of Scottsdale Fashion Square and Camelback Road gives quick access to central Phoenix. Old town Scottsdale is also nearby. I recommend this property and will stay there the next tie I'm in Phoenix if it is available.
