The property was luxury class. But our room had not been used in a while and was quite dusty around the bathroom sink and on the surfaces . we did not have soap, hand, lotion, or a full Kleenex box, which ran out. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed watching TV in the evening on the sofa area. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely, except for the screaming children and mother. we very much enjoyed being able to have supper at the hotel without having to search for something in the downtown area. We did think the cost of breakfast was excessive but Convenient.
We were very surprised at the cost of parking in their lot at $32 a night. We thought parking was included and available on site.. But it was very convenient in crowded downtown Pittsburgh and right next to the arena.
Pittsburgh Street are in eternal construction, and very difficult to get around, with a lot of one-way streets.
We went to see the Phipps Conservatory and enjoyed that immensely, but getting there was a chore because of Pittsburgh street construction.
