The Space:
Gather together in the sun-filled living area where you can sit back on the long tufted sofa that surrounds the big screen smart TV.
On a beautiful afternoon, make your way out of the side back door onto the patio and relax in your private 6-person hot tub. If you are hungry cook up something on the barbecue and enjoy it with our patio-covered table seating.
Cook up a decadent breakfast through to a three-course meal within the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with quality appliances, a Keurig coffee/tea station, a fridge/freezer, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need, you, your family including special flatware for young children.
Serve up your family meals on our 8-foot-long dining table that can seat 10 or treat the group to a night out with many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away along Bryant St.
When it comes time to rest, you’ll find four generous bedrooms within the apartment with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.
The master suite features beautiful modern decor and is filled with a luxuriously large king bed. Parents will be happy to have in this bedroom a small crib and changing table. There is also a counter with a running sink as a bonus! Bedroom two offers a queen bed, bedroom two has a trundle bed (2Twin), and bedroom three offers 2 queen beds. There is a handy workstation available in all 4 bedrooms.
There are two full bathrooms to choose from with tiled walk-in showers. Both have custom vanities stocked with all the essentials for your stay along with plenty of soft fluffy towels that can be found at the end of each bed. Sorry, just no bathtub, unfortunately.

Before you arrive, you’ll be contacted by our third-party provider, Truvi, to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver. This step is meant to give you an extra layer of protection against any property damage during your stay.
Please note that this process is completely optional and not required — Your reservation will remain confirmed whether or not you complete it. However, if you’d like this additional protection, we recommend completing it before arrival for a smoother check-in experience and added peace of mind.
