“The grounds were absolutely beautiful with wonderful access to a clean beach and the pools were great!

“The staff were INCREDIBLE, really friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Hotel room had minor issues - our balcony facing works, no slippers / robes until we asked for them, and all room amenities (eg mugs, glasses etc) only set up for two instead of three people until we had to call up for them. Great pool that’s open 24 hours a day and we can use the beach facilities of the other Hyatt 5min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again”

“This resort is amazing. The quality of food for all inclusive is outstanding. So many reviews are repeat customers and so many people we met at the resort were repeat visitors. We completely understand why & we will absolutely be back. The activity staff are incredible and SO entertaining. The staff at all dining and bars are so kind and attentive. I could go on for hours about all of the pros of this resort! ”

“The property, services and staff was excellent. we felt quite safe in myakoba. The spa was amazing. The food at saffron did not disappoint.The only issue was the mosquitoes at dawn and dusk. Our concierge, Juan was particularly attentive, and we felt his absence when he went on vacation.”
