House with garden 500m from the beach, Pornic

Located at the gates of the historic district of Pornic and only 600m from "La plage de la Noëveillard", the port, shops, bars and restaurants; "Les Iris" is a single-storey house of 90m², on a closed garden of 600 m². It has two double bedrooms (160 beds) and a comfortable sofa bed, able to accommodate up to 6 people.



The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home; induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette maker.... The living room has a television and Wi-Fi access. (Fireplace not available) The veranda serves as a dining room and overlooks the garden. A shower room and separate toilet complete the rental.

For maximum comfort, a washing machine, hairdryer, travel cot, charcoal barbecue (Weber), garden furniture (table and chairs) and sunbeds are available.

Between two swims and a session of rock pooling, stroll at the foot of the castle on the quays of Pornic. For your bike rides, a marked cycle path runs along the 43 km of the coast (velocean).
