There are no parties allowed. Illegal drug use and smoking are prohibited throughout the entire property.
There is no smoking on either of the porches. There is another guest upstairs so be considerate of quiet hours. 10pm to 9 am.
Parking is TIGHT and is limited to ONE car in the space marked. There are NO cars allowed to be parked overnight in the guest space.
