Nice modern comfortable rooms. I had connecting rooms and the main door key was not working when we arrived, so we had to wait an hour for it to be fixed and it was every late. Person on duty was very helpful. But the wait was the problem at that time of night.

Gorgeous suite with 2 different balconies with views of the city. There is a bedroom, living room, and sofa bed. Table with chairs for eating. You park underground and have to reserve your spot ahead of time in advance. The hotel staff go with you as it is a car elevator. Great lobby with drinks available. In the heart of city center. We had dinner down near the Gare. Lots of choices at restaurants nearby. Gorgeous area to walk. Staff are fabulous. We had a wonderful experience!! Merci!

Did not like the property. The bathroom had 2 frosted glass sliding door walls that did not shut properly. The bathroom had no counter space, no storage, and no towel racks.

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially because it advertised itself as a "spa" hotel. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that the spa had to be booked in advance, and no slots were available for us. This information should have been shared proactively before our arrival. After some discussions with the staff, we were eventually allowed to use the spa for only 40 minutes, which felt rushed and unsatisfactory. The room itself was quite noisy; we could hear toilets flushing and showers from other rooms, which woke us up multiple times during the night. The TV in our room was also malfunctioning, shutting off after just a few minutes of use. To top it off, the door to our room wasn’t locking properly, and we had to call maintenance to fix it. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, but overall, the experience fell far short of our expectations. Would not recommend considering the Price we payed unless improvements are made.

Lovely hotel within walking distance (5 mins) to the main streets. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Good secure underground parking but only for small / medium sized cars and it does need to be pre booked as there are very few spaces,

We were given a room with a known problem with the noise of running water at almost 9 at night with no other rooms available and no hotels nearby with rooms. It is a travesty that they have not addressed the issue with the noise and continue to give out the room. We will see if I can sleep
