Hotel is really great for the location, a short walk to Copacabana beach. The rooms themselves were average, got the job done and were clean (bathroom didn’t feel as clean). For some reason our hotel cards would work some days and then stop working which was annoying. Apart from that, perks of the location and free breakfast made it worth it.

Everything was pretty good. Not a big fan of the breakfast options but that might just be me. Didn’t get any WiFi service on the 18th floor but other than that I enjoyed my stay. It was walking distance from the Copacabana beach and it also had some nice restaurants nearby.

I got a nice view room on 17th floor. From the window of my room, I can see the statue od Christ. My room is clean. The hotel is near the copacabana beach, so I can walk there. There are mall, fruit markets, restaurants near the hotel. The area is safe. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good.

O hotel é super bem localizado. Eles passam um cheiro nos quartos que nós fez passar muito mau, segundo funcionários não somos o primeiro a reclamar. Estavam em obra no lado do quarto que nós colocaram e tivemos que trocar. Café da manhã poucos funcionários pra atender, e deixou a desejar. Pois já havia ficado outras vezes lá e caiu muito o padrão.

Para poucos dias, é uma opção boa.

A estadia de modo geral foi razoável. O checkin foi completamente bagunçado e sem organização, quem chegou depois, acabou subindo para os quartos antes, não há uma ordem de prioridade. Em relação a estrutura há o que melhorar também, tivemos alguns problema com isso no quarto. O café da manhã é agradável, tem boas opções, se possível prefira ir mais cedo, para evitar filas. Sobre funcionários, alguns não foram tão gentis, mas um agradecimento aos camareiros e mensageiros, que foram simpáticos todas as vezes que precisamos. A localização é o ponto forte, se eu voltasse, certamente seria por esse motivo.

Hotel com grande potencial porém largado

Quando deixava o ar condicionado ligado por muito tempo, ficava pingando água no chão, tivemos que pôr uma toalha para não molhar tanto. Cama é de molas de baixa qualidade, o que deixa a desejar muito em questão de conforto. Travesseiros velhos e duros. Paredes e teto com mofo. Roda pé soltando por umidade. Elevador: de 3, apenas 2 funcionava. Os outros 2 que estavam funcionando tinham botões quebrados. Como hotel estava lotado, foi solicitado troca de toalha e não tinha disponível, mesmo solicitado no horário informado por eles. Toalhas em estado ruim. Café da manhã foi bem servido. Porém, espaço pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes que cabem no hotel quando em ocupação máxima. Check-in somente pode ser realizado após as 14:00 hrs exatamente, mesmo com quartos liberados, eles não liberam nem 5 minutos antes. O que causou transtorno e fila desnecessária. Somente 2 pessoas para fazer toda documentação de mais de 7 quartos. Ao solicitar água no quarto, nos informaram que teria que ser pago na hora, não no checkout como de costume, guardamos comprovante e no final fomos cobrados, porém, logo já foi resolvido sem problemas maiores. Janelas do nosso quarto tinham uma bela vista para o Cristo, porém estavam bem sujas o que prejudicou muito. Cortinas precisando de manutenção. O que também estranhamos, após nossa entrada no quarto, bateram em nosso quarto, sem identificação ou aviso prévio perguntando se autorizássemos que fosse feito avaliação para manutenção, estranho.

O quarto é diferente do anunciado, o cafe da manhã nao tem muita variedade e sempre a mesma coisas, tinha 2 elevadores um ficou 4 dias sem funcionar com isso a espera era muito grande. O local é bom perto da praia. Mas a experiência no hotel nao foi muito boa esperava mais....
