Beautiful property!! My 6 year old dubbed this the Modern Mansion and made me promise to come back! Literally you don't even need to leave the property everything is there.

So much to do!

Enjoyed the ability to have a bedroom and bathroom for everyone, plenty of activities so no one was bored and plenty of room to sit and dine together as a family.

Great getaway

This home has it all! There is something to keep everyone entertained. On (in) a super quiet, peaceful street (neighborhood) but still close to downtown. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home - Amazing Accommodations

What a beautiful home! We were wowed when we walked in and that wowing didn't stop as we walked through the house. We had 4 families staying, ages 5-45, and everyone had room for sleeping and hanging out. Sleeping areas are setup very well, with a few bonus areas I didn't notice on the listing. So many bathrooms, what a luxury! The pool area was better than expected. Everything worked well - including the sauna. Thomas responded quickly, even though nothing I asked needed immediate attention. The entertainment offered in the home is second to none - and it's all spread out. Also a great home for hide and seek. Hope to stay again!

Great Place for Family Gathering - Exceptional Owner Responsiveness

Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. Our objective was to spend time together without having to go anywhere to entertain the 5 grandchildren (ages 6mo - 8). This was definitely the right place.There was enough space that we could have multiple small gatherings going on at the same time ... billiards, ping pong, card game, swimming pool, movie/arcades, etc. As it turns out, since it rained nearly every day, these entertainment options were critical to helping keep everyone busy having fun without the need to pile into a car every day. There were so many rooms that the grandkids had a great time playing hide-and-seek.The kitchen is large (with very high end appliances) and helped keep our large group fed without trying to find restaurants that would host our large group. We could even seat everyone in the dining room at the same time!Of course with a house this large (and with frequent turnover of guests) there are likely to be operations question and/or issues. Tom was extremely responsive to call/texts - even over the July 4th holiday weekend!I highly recommend this property, or any from the Terra2 group, and we plan to book another property from them for a future gathering.
