Cozy and quaint property

Such a cute little house on a beautiful farm. Nice little touches everywhere. My young family with three kids loved our stay and we only wish had more time there. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time.

Cozy stay

This is our 2nd time to stay at the Ranch Motel. The house is small but comfortable. Location is great, not fall from Round Top Square. We were just there overnight, so we didn't get to explore, but the property is beautiful! The owners have always been very responsive. Definitely will stay there again.

Cutest little house!

We stayed at the Ranch Motel during the Round Top winter show and it was COLD. But this house was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Roundtop Warrenton La Bahia Antique Adventure

Wanted to be away from the the hustle and bustle of the Antique Show. Could not have found a better place! Great for cooking all of our meals! Need to just bring your food and relax!

4 Friends visiting for a Roundtop Covid Getaway..... could not have been a better place. Beautiful farmland surrounds you, cows, horses and a working farm. Who could ask for more ... and it's convenient yet truly a "country" cottage experience. Nicely appointed with Great Amenities, fire pit for nightly wine observance..... We loved the little place, it’s decorated so cute! There’s a lot of comfort packed into the place too. The owners are very nice and stopped by our first night to visit a few minutes and make sure everything was good, super nice couple! The Double K Ranch is beautiful and secure, we felt very safe and enjoyed the peaceful setting.
