In the town of Sainte-Hélène, this waterfront house is ideally located on the waterfront, 3.5 km from the village of Sainte-Hélène, 20 km from Carnac, and 31 km from Quiberon.

This 4-room house (approx. 100 m², ground floor, ground floor + 2) sleeps 6 in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Emplacement idéal, logement spacieux et fonctionnel. Un ménage un peu plus approfondi et l’absence du nid de frelons auraient rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'environnement de la baie d'Etel, le flux et reflux des marées au fond du jardin, les barbecues. La maison en elle-meme est agréable, avec de beaux volumes, notamment la pièce principale et la hauteur sous plafond avec la mezzanine desservant les 2 chambres du haut.

Bien mais pourrait être mieux

Cette maison bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la ria d’etel. Le jardin est très agréable, la maison spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié de trouver des produits de première nécessité dans la cuisine ainsi que beaucoup de vaisselle. En revanche, nous aurions apprécié d’être accompagnés jusqu’à la maison pour faire un état des lieux avec le propriétaire ou l’agent immobilier. La maison mériterait un ménage en profondeur. Nous remercions cependant la jeune femme qui nous a reçu pour son écoute et sa gentillesse.

Endroit splendide

L'endroit est vraiment magnifique, très paisible et dépaysant. Le jardin, sa vue, son accès à l'eau c'est vraiment le gros atout de cette maison. La grande pièce de vie est aussi très agréable. La maison est dans son jus mais on s'y sent bien. Dommage que les propriétaires ne soient pas disposés à mettre une cuvette de toilette qui tiennent la route (malgré notre demande et la précision qu'il n'y avait carrément plus de cuvette sur les toilettes, sachant que nous étions avec des personnes âgées de plus de 75 ans ...). Les literies de l'étage sont aussi vraiment à changer. Le personnel de l'agence qui gère les locations est très sympathique et disponible.
