Imported wood floors from Italy in all living areas, Italian tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen, all outside areas and terrace with Italian granite. All windows have electric hurricane proof shutters and nets for insects. Property has emergency generator and water tank.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Ocean Park is an exclusive gated beach community in the Condado, San Juan Metro area.
