High Rise w/ 5 star view

This property is absolutely beautiful! It is nicely decorated and was a very comfortable stay for my husband and I and our 2 children. The primary bedroom has an access door to the bathroom which was a nice bonus. All bedrooms and living room had TV's with WiFi. You have access to the huge pool on the ground level and the private beach is more for shell collecting than sunbathing. The building was very secure with 24 security guard at the gate, fob access to the building and Ring Doorbell at the units door. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Farjardo.

Great place, great host

Xavier could not have been better. If anything, he responds too quickly to messages!Beautiful condo on 29th floor with a view to the Northeast. In December, this means sunrise just out of visible range. That is the only bummer from our stay. There is no beach on the property. I mean, you can access the water but you won't want to at the marina. But several spectacular beaches are just a few minutes away, as are terrific hikes. A couple decent restaurants are walking distance, and less than ten min in any direction takes you to a wide variety of options. The space is clean and comfortable. The balcony view is hypnotic. Kitchen has all you need if you plan to cook. AC in every room. Beds comfortable. The hot water is a bit spastic but it's fine. We bought beach towels from the dove shop at the end of the road and left them for future guests. If you plan to do anything at sea, please consider Sea Ventures. They have to be among the kindest folks ever to run a dive/snorkel/etc business. If looking for a 2-br in the Fajardo area, stop searching. You found it. .
