Spacious, comfortable spaces (small kitchen, but just fine for us). The patio/pool was a particularly enjoyable outdoor space any time of the day. Wonderful time was had by all. Could walk to morning coffee, see ocean, beaches, bus, stores.

We had a lovely stay! Walking distance to multiple restaurants and a short drive from so many things. Our kids loved the pool, and the rooms and bathrooms were great for an extended family staying together.

Just as described in VRBO listing. Property manager responded in a timely manner to our messages. Some closet shelves were on the floor, but not a big issue as we still had plenty of storage for our week here. One bedroom (or was it two) didn’t have closets, but we only needed three bedrooms, so it wasn’t an issue for our stay. Great location…walkable to groceries, bars and restaurants. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and T-mobile district. Would stay here again!

The place was very clean. One of the air conditioners stopped working, and they promptly sent someone to fix it. We found loads of games and cards which we thoroughly enjoyed. Had a great stay.

The house was in a great location. The property manager Edgar, was great. Check-in went very easy and the house was just as described. We stayed 5 days, 3 of those days the master bedroom was without an air conditioner. Edgar, attempted to get a technician out to repair it and offered to bring out a fan, however the technician didn't show up until the day we were leaving. The overall stay was amazing would definitely recommend and possibly rent again when in the area.

I traveled with 5 girlfriends to celebrate us turning 50. There were 5 clean, comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but the best part was the private pool. We spent so many hours lounging around and swimming in that pool! There are a some restaurants within walking distance but we did find that a rental car was necessary to get to the beach and grocery store. The area is very safe and secure.

Came to town with friends to visit family. Great property. Lots of room for everyone. *prior to making final payment, ask for ALL of the rules. When we arrived, we were given an entire other set of rules. I would have appreciated that befoe i was unrefundable.

This place is amazing! It is everything as listed in the description and more! It's extremely spacious yet cozy. The outdoor area and pool were perfect! Edgar was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns and it seemed extremely safe and quiet with it being both a gated community and a gated home. The host had everything that you need at the property. I would not hesitate to come again.

The property is beautiful and clean with all amenities. I love the location. It's close to the airport and San Juan. It's close to the nearest bus station so we were able to go everywhere without having to spend a lot of money in transportation. Close to two big Supermarkets to either going right or left on the main street. The whole family love it.

Lovely home in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped with great pool and outdoor area. Perfect location to go between airport, Old San Juan, Condado, etc. Home is comfortable and large. Very clean.

We loved staying at this house. Close to downtown San Juan, Old San Juan, the Rainforest, Bioluminesence kayaking and the airport. The decor is very inviting and large enough to accommodate 10 people easily. The pool and patio is so nice and relaxing with beautiful foliage. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here!

Stayed here for a family trip. 8 adults and two small children. With 5 bedrooms, the setup was ideal for our group. The outdoor area was great and it was difficult to get the kids out of the pool. We had one small problem with the front gate lock but Edgardo fixed it. Would definitely stay here again for a group vacation.

My family and I really enjoyed the property. It was very relaxing and comfortable. The house itself is very roomy, private and wheelchair friendly.
