Colony Inn C3

Such a cute place and easy check-in with easy beach access. Close to restaurants and shops and great biking trails. The beds were both full size, which is a bit small, but the unit was well equipped and nicely decorated. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Sanibel family vacation!

We loved everything about this trip and the condo. It was well stocked with plenty of beach and pool toys. It worked perfect for our family with two small children. It was close to the beach and right on the bike path. We can’t wait to go back.

Fabulous Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed the unit & location. It is walking distance Lighthouse cafe for breakfast (a popular breakfast destination on the island). There isn’t a lot of other stuff on this side of the island but it’s other eateries are a short bike ride away with bikes available on property to rent. It was alot of fun biking to destinations! The first night we stated we were put in a different unit because I made the mistake of letting the property managers know our flights and been cancelled (we had 2 flight cancellations and had beeen stranded in Atlanta for two days). So they had rebooked our room. The first room we stayed in was clean but a little dark and outdated. Our second room was just as pictured & fabulous. Loved being able to walk to the beach every morning and evening. Just a great location!

So peaceful!

Our stay was so amazing. The room had everything we could need for cooking and was very pretty. We did put a couple table decorations up so the littles wouldn't break it. We loved that there were beach chairs for us, so we didn't have to pack them! Thank you for such a nice stay. The walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes. It is within walking distance of ice cream, coffee, and pastries. We were never crowded on the beach and never had to worry which kid were ours. It was always quiet and peaceful.
