We are very happy and proud to announce that Villa Can Reis has been redecorated and upgraded for the summer season of 2023! There is also new air conditioning installed in every bedroom and the living room.

This wonderful villa is the perfect size and location for family and group holidays, with views and terraces from almost every room the house is airy, bright and great for socializing.

Spread out over its 4 floors, with a large terrace upstairs, swimming pool, garden, BBQ, and indoor and outdoor dining areas, you won’t be running out of space!

The ground floor of the villa is laid out in an open plan, which is ideal for big groups when it comes to socializing in the house by day or night. The lounge and dining room both lead out to undercover seating and dining areas next to the pool and BBQ area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, laundry room with washing machine, pantry room and another small dining table.

On the first floor, you have 2 bathrooms, the first is a toilet with shower, the rest of the bathrooms consist of bath with shower fitting, toilet, bidet and sink with a large mirror. There's a twin bedroom on this floor, en suite and has access to its own small balcony overlooking the garden..

On the second floor, you have the 3rd bathroom and 3 twin bedrooms. The first of these bedrooms has a private balcony with mountain views, as well as access to the largest terrace of the house which is shared between these 3 bedrooms. This large terrace looks out onto the pool and garden area, great for keeping an eye on kids by the pool or catching some rays right outside the comfort of your bedroom.

On the third floor, you have the suite, with a grand bay window area, large double bedroom and its own private terrace and bathroom.

The villa is located a short drive from the airport and just a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car to the resort of Playa den Bossa. Bossa is lively and action packed, home to many of Ibiza’s most famous clubs and hotels such as Hard Rock Hotel, Ushuaia, Hi and Bora Bora beach. It is also a walking distance to a large supermarket called Mercadona, only 3 minute walk from the villa

Also, just a 7-minute drive away you will find Ibiza Town, and with its shops, bar, restaurants, beautiful mariner and historical old town, is a must do for sightseeing. The Dalt Villa is a medieval fortress and is the heart of the old town, its winding cobbled streets throughout are filled with small traditional boutiques and museums, a spectacular church at the top and breath-taking views across Ibiza and to Formentera, as well as 5-star dining too.

There are many beaches to choose from nearby and it is easy to travel around the island by bus from Ibiza town too, however if you are looking for a relaxing pool-side break you have the fantastic option of both here.

Having your own car will give you a special sense of freedom, independence and possibility to see Ibiza in a more authentic way. You will be able to get to all the hidden gems of the island in your own time, therefore we always recommend to hire a car. Please inquire to book or request quote.

CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

PLEASE NOTE:
*There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals that are less than six weeks, tourist tax will be collected once the booking is confirmed.
* If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
