Great place for a weekend getaway. Close to the ocean and great restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Every supply we needed, beach, meals, sleeping, etc.! Host was wonderful and very accessible. We would definitely go back!

Travelled with my family and this was cottage fit us perfectly. Loved the Marina view from back deck and the short walk to the beach. The neighborhood had everything we needed and was easy to get anywhere in town. Also, appreciated all the amenities - beach toys, chairs, outdoor shower. Would be lucky to get to come back.

The cottage is very charming and has a warm,cozy feeling. It is not fancy but nicely decorated. We enjoyed the deck where we could relax outside and where we had many meals.The location is excellent, only steps from the beach. In terms of the cookware, it would be advisable for the owners to purchase new pans.all the other cookware was fine. In summary, my son and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage and thought it a great place.

Great stay steps from Twin Lakes Beach

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Arbor House as we have done in the past. It is a perfect combination of fantastic location, amenities and charm. The back deck is glorious, and the whole place feels like home. We will definitely return.

annual family get together

My siblings and I get together annually in our home town. This year we stayed in the little yellow house next to my nephew's. It's typical of the area, small and cozy. It had everything we needed. Thanks for having us!

A perfectly situated cottage for a visit to Santa Cruz. The cottage was exactly as described on the site. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

Great House and Location. The girls had a great time for the weekend and lived this place. Walk to beach, bonfires and restaurants. Plenty space for 4 and great amenities.

Great location!

We love the location of this house! Only a couple blocks to the beach and to restaurants at the harbor. A great beach house! The only problem was that the back bedroom got very cold at night and we could not find any heat source in there. We would still return to this place though, the location is worth it!

Excellent Cottage

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arbor House during the Thanksgiving holiday - we loved that it was close to the beach and other amenities. This was our second stay in this lovely cottage and I would highly recommend it - the check in and out was easy and the host was very accommodating! Thank you!!!

Perfect Cozy Getaway

It was wonderful. The house was so clean and cozy. It was everything the listing said it would be. The beach was so close and the sounds of the ocean from the back deck was heaven. We will be back again soon.

Charming cottage close to the beach

This small home is accurately described and photographed in the advertisement, and is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. It takes maybe two minutes to stroll down to the beach and marina area, where there are also a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop. Ideal! The area requires street parking, but we had no problem finding a spot very close by. Mattresses and pillows in the bedrooms were quite comfortable, and we heard no nighttime noise in the neighborhood. It’s an older home, so all rooms are somewhat small… notably the bathroom. We had a great time staying here, but made a key mistake: we should’ve booked a couple more nights!

We love it!!

We love this gem of a cottage. We have been coming here almost every summer for the last 6 years or so. My daughter is a teen now! As long as we can, we will keep coming back. It feels like a home away from home. Scott couldn’t be nicer. The location is amazing. I highly recommend this lovely cottage!
