Everything was amazing about this place. It was our little oasis. Very peaceful home in a small, gated community where there were no neighbors on neither side. The back of the house has a fence, so you don’t even see the neighbor located behind the house. You walk into an inviting home perfectly organized, clean, high ceilings, open floor plan and relaxing color scheme. We loved everything about this place so much, we extended our stay TWICE. The home has an office and super-fast Wifi allowing us to work from home and have the kids on their online classes. We never had an issue with the Wifi and was even able to work pool side. Ziad the owner is super flexible, very responsive, and always available. He gave us great suggestions for food places and sights. We traveled with kids and they absolutely loved the home and were happy to not have to share a bathroom since each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom. They used the pool every day. You can’t do laps in the pool, but it was perfectly sized for us and the kids and as a plus it has a jacuzzi. All bedrooms have super comfy beds. The master bedroom is insane as we had our own walk-in closet, several drawers to put our clothes away and full bathroom suite. We did miss the TV in the master bedroom at first, but quickly realized that we don’t need to binge watch Netflix till all hours of the night.
The living room has a huge TV and comfortable sofa and chairs to lounge around. I was even able to watch TV from the kitchen while I cooked in a fully equipped kitchen. I do not like cooking but having the space and everything available made it a breeze and enjoyable. There is a small kitchen table that fits 4 people but since we were 5 it meant not being able to sit together for meals, but it was quickly solved. Ziad allowed us to bring the picnic table from the outdoors in and used it as our formal dinning table. The bathroom by the pool area was super handy so no one had to walk inside and wet the floors. There is also a BBQ and mini fridge outside. I can not stop writing about this place but one last thing to mention, do not hesitate to book this place and enjoy lovely Sarasota. Will definitely be back!
