Wonderful November Stay

We highly recommend this lovely place. The owners are so kind and accomodating. The house has everything you need. We highly recommend coming at the beginning of November. No crowds. Beautiful trees changing colors. You will love it!

Business trip gem

lovely well positioned property in the hills above Sarzana with great Autostrada and regional highway access. All mod cons on site, located in a quiet neighbourhood with wonderful views out to the ocean and scenic walking opportunities. I was in the area on business during the winter, with sketchy weather, but the house was more than comfortable to come back to each day. Annalisa was very kind and helpful in every respect especially when it came to a parking issue with my large vehicle. I highly recommend the property and look forward to arranging a stay in the near future.

Heerlijke vakantie

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Gezellig ingericht huisje met prachtig uitzicht vanaf de berg. Het zwembad is geweldig. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk. Kortom heerlijke vakantie, voor herhaling vatbaar!

La proprietà è incantevole; per noi che viaggiamo con il cane un luogo ideale. Molto spazio verde a disposizione e grande tranquillità. La casa ben tenuta e pulita è molto accogliente. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi necessità ci hanno dato anche ottimi suggerimenti su escursioni da fare nella zona. Consiglio senz’altro questo posto a chiunque voglia rilassarsi nella natura, ma nello stesso tempo avere nelle vicinanze anche la possibilità di trovare buoni ristoranti e fare una visita a posti più animati.

Un lieu calme et magnifique, un accueil adorable !

Nous avons passé pour la deuxième fois un séjour très agréable. Le logement est simple, mais pratique et très agréable au milieu des oliviers. C’est un lieu très calme et reposant pour se ressourcer. Proche de la mer et de toutes les randonnées des Cinque Terre. Et surtout, je dois parler de l’accueil d’Anna Lisa. Encore une fois nous avons eu un accueil très gentil, discret et très arrangeant. Traumhafte Ruhe im Olivenhain

Wenn jemand absolute Ruhe im Grünen sucht ist er hier genau richtig, man kann im eigenen Olivenhain spazierengehen, einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich Kaffee oder auch ein paar Nudeln kochen kann. Die Vermieter sind super nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Im Grünen kann sich natürlich mal ein Käfer oder eine Spinne ins Haus verirren, aber darauf muss man sich bei diesem Abenteuer einfach einlassen :) wenn man alles eine Nummer Größer sucht, dann sollte man nicht so tief in der reizenden Natur Urlaub machen. Es gibt ein Doppelbett im OG und eine Couch zum ausziehen im EG/Wohnbereich. Das ist leider für mich persönlich der einzige Punkt bei dem ich nicht voll und ganz begeistert war, die Matratzen und mein Rücken konnten sich nicht anfreunden. Wir freuen uns aber dennoch wieder zu kommen und dann auch den Pool zu testen 🥰

Bonjour, petite vacances à Sarzana, l’accueil d’Anna Lisa et de son mari est sympathique tout comme la maison et l’oliveraie qui la borde. Les hauteurs de Sarzana sont superbes, vu sur la Forteresse et la mer. Lieu idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre, Lerici et les carrières de Marbre. à refaire en période estivale pour profiter en plus de la belle piscine! la famille Igier

Perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Hund

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus umgeben von einem riesigen Olivenhain oberhalb von Sarzana. Ein idyllischer Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen und mit denen man den schönen, großen Pool teilt. Die Ausstattung des kleinen Hauses entspricht genau den Bildern. Gäste, die viel kochen möchten, sollten bedenken, dass die Küche sehr klein und nur durchschnittlich ausgestattet ist. WLAN vorhanden, aber schwach. Besonders empfehlenswert für Urlaube mit Hund.

Un fienile romantico in mezzo agli ulivi

La proprietà si trova a pochi minuti da Sarzana ed è immersa in un uliveto. Grande e bella la piscina, estremamente disponibili i proprietari. Grande il vantaggio di essere gli unici ospiti e fondamentale per me il fatto che accettino animali. Un posto che raccomando.

Wunderbare Ferien

Super nette und hilfreiche Gastgeber. Traumhafte Lage im olivenhain mit Blick aufs Meer, aber doch sehr nahe an der Stadt (3 min mit dem Auto). Sehr ruhig, eigener Bereich vor dem Häuschen. Austattung bietet alles was man braucht, unsere Tochter fand das Schlafsofa sehr bequem, wir das Bett oben auch. Der traumhafte Pool ist ein echtes Highlight! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 4 ! L'endroit est très calme, la terrasse toujours ombragée avec une vue sur la mer, la piscine est juste magnifique et parfaite pour les enfants! La ville de Sarzana est moins touristique et tant mieux d'ailleurs, mais elle est très bien placée pour visiter la Ligurie ou la Toscane. Pour finir, Annalisa et son mari sont très sympathiques et répondent à toutes vos demandent.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und sind wirklich sehr nett. Das Häuschen ist schön, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und war für 2 Besucher ideal. Besonders gut hat uns der wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Pool im Olivenhain gefallen. Man sieht in der Ferne sogar das Meer. Wir können die Unterkunft voll und ganz weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Wer es ruhig mag ist hier richtig. Berge, Meer, Restaurants und natürlich auch Touristen-Hotspots sind alle mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und somit hatten wir eine abwechslungsreiche Woche mitten im Olivenhain.

Ottima accoglienza, alloggio gradevole e comodo pur se su 2 piani; silenzio e tanto verde. Piscina nuova e in comune solo con i proprietari. Gemütliches Häuschen im Olivenhain mit traumhaften Pool

Sehr gemütliches kleines Häuschen mit perfekter Lage im Olivenhain, nicht weit entfernt von Sarzana und man sieht sogar das Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Das Highlight ist jedoch die Ruhe und der große Pool mit Liegebereich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen und Problemchen sehr schnell erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben 12 Tage bei Annalisa und ihrem Mann verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus super sauber, sehr gute und wunderschöne sowie sehr ruhige Lage. Und wenn man etwas braucht, sind die Vermieter immer da, zu helfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Angenehm ruhig gelegen, perfekt für entspannte Urlaubstage

una vacanza in un contesto veramente unico

la proprieta' si trova in collina nelle immediate vicinanze della bellissima cittadina di Sarzana (una 30 di minuti a piedi ), comoda x tutti gli spostamenti dalla vicina Lerici , alle 5 terre ,alle cave di marmo di Carrara,la struttura e' molto confortevole , abbiamo gradito la pulizia , la quiete che si respira , e la posizione veramente fantastica , i proprietari anche se non presenti ci hanno dato la massima disponibilita' non facendoci mancare nulla , spero di ritornarci
