Beautiful, rustic country house "Ginestra/Lavanda", surrounded by trees and fields. 3 houses in the residence. 3.5 km from the centre of Scansano, 30 km from the centre of Saturnia, 32 km from the centre of Grosseto, on top of a hill, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 80'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden flowers and trees, meadow. Private: property 1'000 m2, beautiful garden to relax. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bar 3.5 km, sandy beach "Albinia" 30 km. Golf course 40 km. Cooking courses bookable on request. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Beeindruckende Aussicht bis zum Meer.
Eine sehr freundliche Verwalterin hat uns empfangen. Ein traumhaftes Natursteinhaus in einem weitläufigen und sehr gepflegtem Park mit alten Baumriesen. Ein schöner Ort abseits das Rummels.

Toskana-typisches Steinhaus in ruhiger Lage in großem Grundstück
Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht - vor allem auch mit einer gut funktionierenden Gas-Zentralheizung, die wir bei dem kühlen Frühherbstwetter sehr wohltuend empfanden.
