Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house with 170 square meters of living space spread across 3 levels. The cozy furnishings include a living room with satellite TV and a DVD player, which opens out to the garden. There is one room with a double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm in length, and another room with a slightly smaller double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. The ground floor has a shower and toilet. The upper floor features a living/dining room with satellite TV and access to a balcony and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and toilet on this level. Gas heating is available throughout the house. The top floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has a living room with access to a balcony. It also has a room with a double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and access to another balcony. Additionally, there is an open gallery with sloping ceilings (135 cm ceiling height) that provides two sleeping facilities, each measuring 80 cm by 200 cm in length. The floors are made of wood and carpet.
