You will enjoy and comfortable relax here.

Beautiful home!

What a beautiful home! Great neighborhood, easy access and it felt like home. Loved using the grill out back while watching the deer walk around. The 3 pools were fabulous to visit and the price was reasonable.

Easy, comfortable house for vacation

Great place! The a/c kept the house comfortable day and night. Well-equipped kitchen. We were so sad when our vacation came to an end and we had to leave.

16th Birthday gathering, perfect

My Daughter turned 16 and wanted to bring her friends to the mountains to ski and play in the snow. This location was perfect. We were able to sled and ski at Hoodoo, swim at the rec center and enjoy all the comforts of our home in this great destination. We loved it. The house had everything we needed and was rather close to towns with the needed amenities. Its a perfect place for a family or friends getaway.

Great time with cousins

We stayed at Eagle Crest and loved our time there. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The area was beautiful! On the listing it says the home is 37 miles from Redmond. It has a map that put the home North of Sisters when in fact it is about 15 miles east of Sisters and only 5 miles from Redmond. It didn’t matter to us but maybe the listing should reflect an accurate location. We had a great time and enjoyed spending time together in this beautiful house. We would stay here again.

Nice house

This house was listed as being in Sisters which is ultimately why I booked it. Turns out it was basically outside Redmond which wasn’t very convenient to us. I realize I could have looked at the map, but considering it was listed as being in Sisters, I didn’t question it. Other than that the house was fantastic. Very spacious, beds were very comfortable, large kitchen.

Needs some cleaning & kitchen items replaced

Overall nice space for our family. The delayed maintenance on this house shows. Dirty windows, cobwebs, dirty base boards, clocks not set at right time, pans and cookie sheets that were unusable, mattresses that were uncomfortable, broken screen door and just overall poorly maintained. Wouldn't stay here again but the location was fine and we had to make do. Glad that we brought a lot of our own cooking items or it would have been a disaster for Christmas dinner. Overall probably a two rating.

Beautiful property but need sheets not washed?

The house has an incredible view and we saw multiple does with their babies. The home was large and had every thing we needed (well stocked with kitchen amenities.) The décor is hilarious once you really take a look at it. We loved the warm lamp lights during the evening. The deck was wonderful with comfortable chairs to sit out and enjoy the view. We had a few concerns: The master bed sheets weren't washed. I pulled back the covers and there were multiple short hairs (my two friends and I are girls with long hair) that looked like they were from a guy's cut. It was really unpleasant realizing all the beds may be like that, not to mention the comforters.

Very poor customer service

Because of the very poor air quality in the area we did not check in. When I tried to contact rental company I was unable to reach them either by text or phone or email. Very frustrating

Family Fun at Eagle Crest

This Eagle Crest home was the ideal place for us to stay while in the area for a wedding and associated festivities. We enjoyed the single story open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, the deck with BBQ, the beauty of the surrounding area, the health club passes, the trails and nearby open space lands for hiking. Fun for all!

Ok needs updates

Upon walking in, the home smelt musty, like it had been locked up for awhile. We all sneezed the entire time we were in the home. The bedding in the spare room looked dirty so we washed them before use, the queen is uncomfortable. Bought new pillows to use, when we took pillow cases off to wash, the pillows were stained orange and very gross looking. . No fans in the house, searched high and low, our family uses fans at night, haven’t seen a rental home without them. Home was mediocre, location was good, quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable Stay

This is a very comfortable home. We were happy with all aspects except the broken freezer (we lost all of our frozen desserts twice--even after we tried to turn down the temperature, which did not fix the problem) and then broken blinds, which prevented us from fully enjoying the lovely view. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Private backyard

The house was perfect size for our family with an open floor plan. Not having another house behind us was a pleasant surprise. We did have an issue with the septic alarm/system & the toilets backing up late at night/early morning hours. Thankfully I’m married to a real man & he knew right away what was going on & was able to locate the septic box & reset it. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend so finding a replacement place to stay wasn’t an option. We immediately reached out to vacasa & they were able to get the utility company out the next day to verify everything was working properly again. We would definitely stay in this house again even with the septic issues in the middle of the night.

Lives bigger than it looks

Our stay was short, but very comfortable. From our back deck the first morning we saw 10+ buck grazing. Kitchen had great supplies, beds were comfy and the deck was large. Would definitely stay here again.
