“We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there……

“Everything about Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa Hilton Head Island was fabulous. The staff was exceptionally helpful, the grounds were beautiful, swimming pools and areas left no room for complaints. The beach is 'right there'. And if it couldn't have gotten any better, we had the opportunity to meet Mr. Charlie this morning as we were getting ready to depart. He came up to load our luggage & take it down to the car for us. Mr. Charlie went to work for the hotel on Labor Day,1978, and is……

“Stay two nights two separate rooms. First room was on the fifth floor it was perfect. Second room was on the third floor it had not been remodeled and had german roaches. Staff was amazing and very helpful perfect location if you have kids or not.”

“Check in was ok. Room (location) smelled right outside our door. Figured out we were right by the trash dump area. Actual room was not bad. There is no house cleaning which was rough bc we stayed a whole week. You have to go down to front desk to grab towels, etc. The water park is on the opposite side of the hotel from the beach. Location is solid along with the pool/waterpark/beach options for kids. Really decent for the price and for families with young kids. Hotel is pretty run down and……
