This 3 story house is located in one of the most sought after conservation areas of St Andrews, giving easy access to all the attractions this historic town has to offer, minutes walk from the Old Course and West Sands. This handsome luxury townhouse successfully combines contemporary comfort with many traditional features including decorative plaster and cornice work, and deep skirtings.
It has 5 ensuite bedrooms along with an additional small single bedroom and 2 more full bathrooms. Sleeps 9 comfortably. New soft refurbishment along with several new bathroom renovations in 2020.

2 super king rooms, 2 doubles and 2 singles comprise the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a full bath and separate walk in shower. The rest of the bathrooms all have walk in showers. The two super king beds are able to be split into 2 singles.

Perfect location
From the owner to the location, we couldn’t have asked for more. The house was well equipped and the owner went above and beyond to throw in some extras. He made our 3 year delay worth it. Fantastic pubs, within feet of property and downtown St. Andrews an easy 5 minute walk. Carrying the golf clubs to the first tee was about the best experience you can have as a golfer. Cheers!!
