The staff were lovely and nice but the property is quite old and the upkeep seems to be extremly behind. Amenities are quite poor, so make sure you bring your own.

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

The downstairs lobby was beautiful, but you feel like there was a bait and switch when you get upstairs to your room. The smell was so bad until you opened the window and aired your room.
