The Villa Elena at Perea, Thessaloniki can accommodate up to 12 people. It offers 3 King Size double beds, 3 single beds and 3 large sofa beds in 4 separate fully air conditioned bedrooms. 4 luxurious bathrooms (3 en suite), a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area are also available. At the spacius elegant living room by the fireplace a piano can be found.

Guests can make use of the barbeque facilities provided in the premises or relax in the sunbeds by the private pool surrounded by a 5500 m2 private garden. The tarace offers a stunning view of the Thermaikos Gulf and the city of Thessaloniki.
Guests can use the entire house as well as all common areas other than the ground floor, where you will find your host.

Great villa and very caring host

Our stay at the villa was great. Everything needed is there (towels, bedding...), kitchen fully equipped (water suspender, dish washer, spices...). The villa and of course especially the pool area are great. There were even some water toys in the pool area.The cellar was a bit older and used, but the remainder of the rooms were clean.The host was amazing and was offering all kind of help and support or special services like ordering taxis, bread...

Stunning villa

Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect. The villa itself is STUNNING and we felt like celebrities for the week. Check-in was easy and we were made to feel very welcome. 100% recommend this villa to anyone who wants a bit of luxury.

Exceptinal stay

Fantastic villa, pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of space, AC everywhere, modern and great value for money. Very spacious property in a quiet location. The villa has all the amenities you could need during your stay. The host lives downstairs but you don't see him around unless you need him and when you need him he is very quick to respond. He also provided us with some local recommendations. The pool area is great. Very spacious outdoor spaces for summertime. The garden has a lot of different trees which makes it very enjoyable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it without any hesitation.
