"Primeiro dia: Ao chegar na suíte, constatamos banheiro totalmente sujo (pia, vaso e box). Jantar romântico proposto pelo Hotel serviram comida gelada. A proprietária nem quis ouvir a reclamação passando o assunto para funcionária que ignorou e não solucionou o problema. Faltou água (para tomar banho e no vaso sanitário).
